This sculptural loop vase is part of an ongoing body of work that explores reflection, weight, and release. Made through a slow, intuitive process, each piece functions as an abstract self-portrait—shaped by thought, feeling, and what surfaces when I stop trying to outrun myself.
The loops mark points of pause. Places where thoughts settle. Some are light, some are heavy—each one recording what was held in the making, and what was let go.
Hand built in stoneware and glazed individually, no two vases resolve the same way. While this piece shares a glaze language with others made during the same studio period, its form, balance, and presence are singular.
